Delete your data.
On your phone
Your location, city, blocked apps, settings and prayer marks live only on your phone. To delete them:
- Uninstall Namaz First, or
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Namaz First → Storage → Clear storage.
With our service providers
To delete your anonymous analytics (Mixpanel), crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and subscription records (RevenueCat):
- Before uninstalling, copy your Support ID from the app: Settings → About. If the app is already gone, use your Google Play order number instead (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email).
- Email support@namazfirst.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include that ID.
- We confirm your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you when it’s done.
Good to know
- Deleting data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Crash reports are deleted automatically after about 90 days.
- We may keep a minimal record of a purchase where Indian tax or accounting law requires it, and only for as long as it requires. Google keeps its own Google Play purchase records under the Google Privacy Policy.
